    TOC Gas: CO2 Filter Combined With Gas
Generator - Zero Air Or Clean Air

Labgas TOC filter uses a special amine compound as a filter material to remove Co from input gas. During filtering, gas is led through the CO2 filter. CO2 reacts with amine to form amine H2CO3. During regeneration period air is heated up to 80*C with an electrical resistor. Hot air breaks the amine-carbon dioxide binding and CO2 is released from the filter. The filter operates in cycles of operation and regeneration. The filter material is non-poisonous and can be regenerated thousands of cycles. The cycling can be either manual or automatic.

With proper operation and regeneration periods to each desired flow of CO2 free gas, the TOC generator removes 100% of CO2 from the input gasflow. The operation and regeneration cycles are automatic and adjustable. Operation cycle can be up to 12 hrs with 5NLPM flow, regeneration is always 4 hrs, for each cycle.

The CO2 removal system can be as a separate TOC unit, or be incorporated to Labgas other generators, such as the ZeroAir generator, to produce gas with no hydrocarbons and no CO2. Both systems are automatically operated, and need only compressed air and electricity as input.
