TOC Gas: CO2 Filter Combined With ZeroAir

Labgas TOC filter uses a special amine compound as a filter material to remove CO2 from input gas.

During filtering, gas is led through the CO2 filter. Co reacts with amine to form amine H2CO3.

During regeneration period air is heated up to 80*C with an electrical resistor. Hot air breaks the amine-carbon dioxide binding and CO2 is released from the filter.

The filter can operate for 10 hours at 30 LPM before a regeneration of filter material is needed. The filter material is non-poisonous and can be regenerated more than 2000 cycles.
